Ocean City Nor'easters Announce 2012 Super Y-League Final Tryouts
U12, U13 and U14 Super Y-League Teams to be made up of the best youth players in South Jersey
Ocean City Nor’easters are looking to capitalize on a great 2011 season that saw two of our Super Y-League teams qualify for the SYL National Finals. The Nor’easters boast an excellent coaching staff that looks to nurture and develop the young players, to improve their technical proficiency and instill a lifelong love of soccer. This is the final tryout for the summer of 2012.
The Ocean City FC U13 Girls Super Y-League 2011 Journey
Continued growth on and off the field for Ocean City FC’s second year in the Super Y-League
Our youngest girls team were one year up in the U13 level. This was also their first year in the Super Y-League as previously to the 2011 season U13 was the youngest age group. The girls finished with a 1-1-8 record but that does not show the great strides forward taken by this group of girls.
Ocean City FC’s Pre-Super Y-League Teams Continue To Impress In 2011
A notable tournament win and excellent performances made for a summer to remember
Ocean City FC played host to an unprecedented 6 Pre-Super Y-League teams this summer, each performing well and achieving success on and off the field. The Pre-Super Y-League setup was developed by Ocean City FC to help develop our youth players at their own rate rather than pushing them into the Super Y-League too early.
