U14 Super Y-League teams will transition into U15 Ocean City FC Youth Academy after High School
Aim to put players on 'progression path' to college level soccer through Ocean City FC's Academy structure

Ocean City FC are looking for U14 girls and boys who are committed to playing soccer at a high level. The Ocean City FC coaches and staff aim to steer the U14 Super Y-League teams onto the correct ’progression path’ and transition into U15 Ocean City FC Youth Academy teams. Ocean City FC have made it very clear that we welcome players representing their High School and would not ask them to choose between the two, and as such, have tailored training around their High School commitments.

The Ocean City FC Youth Academy has been created to allow players to continue to play at a high level as many local club teams will disband as their players go into High School, Ocean City FC will be able to field teams on a year round basis. Training with the Ocean City FC coaches will begin at the end of October, after the High School season ends, training will be twice a week between mid February and July including a week long camp from the coaches from English professional club Reading FC. The Ocean City FC Youth Academy team will take part in 2 winter showcase tournaments, 2 spring tournaments, MAPS/JAGS league play in the spring, USCS State Cup participation and Super Y-League play during the summer. Furthermore, the players will be helped with the college recruitment process by our Director of Coaching Leon Brown.
